As a learning reimagineer, his day to day job looks at the integration of Offline to Online (0-to-0) ecosystem into Making Learning Stick (MLS) model. He researches, prototypes, implements, and assists with the introduction of modern and digital learning, through workshops, coaching, and consultations.
Shah brings a high level of energy and passion into his delivery and leverages on his cross-functional and industry experiences to make learning relevant and practical for his audience. His vast experience spanned more than 12 years in the areas of learning and development (L&D), talent management, strategic human resources management, HRIS, and business development before moving into training and consultancy.
Lewis has had more than 15 years of experience in the training industry. He is a certified HRDF trainer. His key areas of expertise are training in specialist areas such Technology in Learning Transfer, Digital Learning, Presentations and Personal Productivity. He is also experienced in research and instructional design.
Lewis has played a major role in the development of the TMI-TACK Making Learning Stick Model. This involved conducting comprehensive research on best practice, and leading a process that brought international consultants together to develop the model.He continues to conduct extensive research and development in the area of effective learning transfer in the workplace.
He is certified in the Center for Creative Leadership’s 360-Degree Assessment Suite and the Workplace Big Five. Lewis graduated from the University of Kansas USA, with a B.A. majoring in Psychology. A certified NLP Practitioner, he has trained under David Allen, a world renowned expert in personal productivity and efficiency.
